yeah I know what you're talking about, you always have to put the audio slightly ahead of the visual shit because it gets out of sync when posted on newgrounds for no apparent reason. Personally this is one of my favourite songs and I think it's cool that you did a flash based on it. Nice animation, good yob.
Nice but...
..there are too many similar elements with Snowdragon's Ultimate Fan Flash (Neji's 360 dance, the little heart on Gaara's forehead) to only say that you got inspired....
I liked the Queen bit at the end though.

Though I highly doubt snow originated the "heart on Gaara's forehead" bit, though, that's been going around for quite a while in the land of artists who don't feel like drawing kanji XD
Nostalgia
It made me remember all of the 'good' animes with crappy plots but addictable characters. I'm sad you excluded 8-Man from the clique though.
